Lunch -March 31st, 2010-

豚の竜田揚げ (deep fried pork) with sliced cabbage and mayonnaise, 卵焼き (tamago-yaki: egg omelet), ひじき (some seaweed) and pickles from the Japanese restaurant near the office.
I really liked the pork. It is seasoned and flavored nicely. I am wondering how they make it.
